岗位职责：
1.执行市场推广策略来增长酒店收益来源，提高酒店知名度；
2.管理并执行根据万豪市场传讯标准操作流程所描述的六大核心职责：市场推广计划、印刷品与广告的设计制作、内容管理、公共关系、酒店推广及活动和社交媒体；
3.制定并执行酒店的所有活动，公共和媒体关系，忠诚度和渠道营销以及其他市场推广活动的全年计划；
4.发展良好的媒体关系，策划新闻发布会以及其他公关活动。代表酒店与媒体沟通，以促进良好的公关形象，提高酒店知名度和抵消负面影响。
5.根据品牌标准，设计并制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品；
6.管理酒店内容管理系统，更新文字和图像，优化内容质量并很好地呈现品牌标准；
7.管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片、活动照片和员工照片等，用于酒店推广。
任职要求：
1.市场营销、媒体或相关专业毕业优先；
2.至少5年以上的市场传讯工作经验，有奢华酒店同等职位以及社会新闻媒体工作经验者优先；
3.拥有较强的观察和应变能力、优秀的人际交往和协调能力、较强的社会活动能力。
