MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要:

履行各岗位职责，完成岗位的工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:

Keep smooth order of hotel, fulfill the work
dedicatedly, and ensure the safety of hotel.
维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。
Offer necessary service to guests.
为客人提供帮助和服务。
To observe and control suspicious person and
circumstances in the hotel.
观察进出酒店人员，注意发现可疑人。并进行控制。
Check customer register and cooperate with front
office to do work well.
查验客人住宿凭证，协助前台作好来访者的登记工作
Check and giving customer an access card so as to
prevent stranger to entry the hotel.
查验、发放进入酒店的店外人员访客证，严格执行访客制度，阻止无关人员进入饭店。
In accordance with the requirements for hotel fire
patrol and safety patrol, found hidden danger in time, timely report and take
action.
按照要求对酒店进行防火巡查和安全巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。
Take good care of communication facilities and
skillfully operate all fire control equipment.
爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
Record problems during patrolling and report,
examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.
详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
Be familiar with the locations of hotel fire
facilities and equipment and their operation.
熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法
Strictly carry out shift hand over regulation,
cherish position facilities, make detailed record of work needs to follow up.
爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录。
Strictly implement the safekeeping policy of key in
the whole of hotel.
妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。
Study professional knowledge, improve professional
skills.
认真学习业务知识，提高业务水平。
Skillfully operate all firefighting equipment and
facilities, organize to extinguish the fire at its beginning, assist
evacuation.
熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材，能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾，协助人员疏散。
Skillfully operate all monitoring equipment, find
the suspected on time.
熟练掌握各种监控设备，及时发现可疑人和可疑情况。
Be familiar with current first aid and fire
emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
To comply with the requirements of the Marriott group
secret social policy and the department
遵守万豪集团社交政策和部门保密规定。

handbook and the hotel each rules and regulations
