1.负责日常来电来访客户接待及资料整理。
2.负责日常物业中心行政类事务
3.负责协助收缴物业管理费、停车位租赁费等费用。
4.负责客户一般问题的初期处理及上报，对责任区域内居家服务的投诉处理、跟踪处理及回访。
5.对责任区域内业户的定期走访，执行管理处组织开展的业主活动项目。
工作要求：
1、40岁以下，亲和力佳，有服务意识；
2、普通话标准熟练使用办公软件；
3、抗压能力强，有责任心。
4、有物业管理经验优先
