岗位职责
1.执行主管的工作指令，并向其报告工作；
2.坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领班组员工按服务程序和要求，做好大堂吧的接待服务；
3.掌握全班组员工的出勤情况，检查班组的仪容仪表，考核平时工作表现，定期向主管汇报；
4.随时注意大堂吧的动态，及时妥善处理发生的各种问题，做好醉酒客人的处理工作；
5.做好交接班工作，并做好记录；
6.掌握各种茶水、饮料知识，；
7.制定酒水控制、安全、卫生等各项规章制度，并督导实施；
8.检查大堂吧环境卫生及餐具卫生。
岗位要求
1.二年以上星级酒店以上大堂吧领班工作经验；
2.具有良好的组织能力及沟通协调能力；
3.具有强烈的事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德，良好的纪律修养；
4.能够按服务标准进行工作，反应灵敏，机智灵活。
年龄要求：20-40岁
