1.	Manage all issues to do with marketing in F&B department, including but not limited to: tailoring, managing and analyzing all promotions, packages, and advertising campaigns for F&B. 
负责管理酒店餐饮部所有与市场营销相关的活动。包括但不仅限于餐饮部所有直销、促销和传播相关的活动的发起、管理和分析。
2.	Trace F&B market trends, identify upcoming challenges and opportunities. Advise on how to market F&B outlets and how to drive departmental revenue. Attend daily morning briefing, weekly guest comments hearings, monthly revenue analysis and the annual budget review. 
关注并跟进本部门的市场趋势、面临的挑战和机遇，并就如何推广餐饮设施和创造更多收入提出建议。参加每日的晨会，每周的宾客意见会议，每月的收益会议和每年的预算流程。
3.	Making F&B marketing plans and budgets. Monitoring the plan implementation.
制定和实施餐饮市场的营销计划和预算。
4.	Taking lead in sales practices, selling almost everything from dragon boat festival dumplings, moon cakes, Christmas Eve Party tickets, Valentine Set Dinners as well as restaurants and banquet spaces.
制定和实施餐厅和宴会的零售销售，像粽子、月饼、圣诞票、年夜饭和情人节套餐等。
5.	Set up an F&B loyalty program as per corporate instructions.
根据集团标准，建立餐饮忠诚客户计划及系统。
6.	Doing all the budgets, plans and reports.
制定各项预算、计划和生产效率报告。
7.	Doing departmental yearly budget and fiscal plan. Monitoring budget, introducing more products and services, reducing waste and driving revenue.
制定部门年度预算与财务计划。监管预算，增销更多的产品和服务，避免浪费，提高营收。
