1.Negotiate with selected purveyors and obtain quotations.
与相关的供应商协调并获取报价；
2. Verify and authorize Purchases Requisition and Purchase Order.
核查并批准采购申请和订单；
3.Place the order and expedite the delivery.
向供应商发出订单并加快送货；
4.Prepare comparison of renders for purchasing decision.
准备多方报价，为采购决策提供对比信息；
5. Keep contact with suppliers for obtaining market information and negotiation.
与供应商保持联系并获取市场信息和价格商议；
6.Make frequent visit to stores to spot check the storages and obtain information on inventory turnover.
经常巡视仓库，抽查库存品，并获取库存周转率的信息；
7.Verify receiving record of goods received.
核查收货记录；
8.Select reliable and regular supplier for daily food and beverage purchasing based on       regular quotations.
根据市场价格，对日采项目选取可信任并且经常合作的供应商供货；
9.Lease with Receiving Department on the quantity, quality and method of purchase.
对于定货数量，质量和购置方式和收货部配合；
10.Advise on sample testing of food， beverage and other General Items.
对样品进行测试，例如食品，酒水和其他供应品；
11.Familiar with Material Control (BSS) System; 
了解原材料控制(BSS)系统；
12.Other reasonable jobs may be assigned according to the instructions of departmental director/manager.
根据部门总监/经理的指示执行其他合理的工作安排。
