Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责
1.According to the company's business philosophy to develop a corresponding fitness project detailed copy，establish and improve the department's implementation plan 。
依据公司的经营理念制定出相应的健身项目详细文案，建立健全部门的实施方案。
2.Is responsible for investigating the customer feedback of fitness programs, scheduling， and timely report to the general manager and submit the rectification report 。
负责调查客户对健身项目、课时安排的意见反馈，及时向总经理汇报并提交整改报告。
3.Regular inspection on gym equipment, maintenance，to ensure the normal use。
定期对健身房的设备进行检查、维护，确保正常使用。
4.Reasonable arrangement of time fitness for customer，and make the customer file management。
合理安排好客户的健身时间，并做好客户档案管理工作。
5.Company to the department of planning of marketing and promotional activities. 。
执行公司对部门策划的各类营销方案和推广活动。
6.Make daily work summary， timely deal with the issue of jurisdiction the department 。
做好每日工作总结，及时处理该部门管辖范围内的问题。
7.Do department staff management and training 。
做好部门员工的管理和培训。
