岗位职责：
1.培训服务员在指定区域内做清洁工作。
2.检查房间质量确保房间质量标准。
3.填写客房报表。
4.检查离店房，在确认房间达到清洁标准后，将房间变成可售房。
5.按照检查表检查房间是否干净，客用品是否齐全，并将需要修理的房间及时报修。
6.对需要修理的房间和物品要及时报修，并确保已修理好。
7.填写报告，并确保客人遗留物品做失物招领。
8.检查客房，楼道，楼梯，工作车和工作间的清洁情况等。岗位要求：
1.了解酒店运营模式及程序。
2.掌握电脑技巧。
3.具有较强的沟通及人际交往能力。
