[岗位职责]
1.进行餐饮管理工作，完成酒店所确定的各项目标并抓好直接分管部门的工作。
2.制定酒店经营方针、管理目标，领导制定分管部门的规章制度、服务操作规范、工作流程并监督执行。
3.建立健全酒店组织系统，使之合理化、精简化、效率化，督导分管部门岗位责任制的落实，创造一个高效率运行的酒店工作系统。
4.协调部门间的关系，对分管部门管理人员进行考核、评估
5.负责与政务部门沟通联系并保持良好的合作关系，与各界人士保持良好的公共关系。
6.有重点地定期巡视公共场所及部门工作情况，深入分管部门督导工作情况，及时发现问题并督办。岗位要求
1.通晓中、西餐烹饪知识包括食品准备及原材料加工、烹饪制作知识等。
2.具有酒店预算管理知识，能够编织餐饮部预算。能够在预算规定的范围内开展各项具体活动。
3.精通市场推销技巧，善于开展饮食产品、设施和范围等推销活动;具有设计、安排和实施销售活动的能力。
4.具有管理、指导、激励下属员工工作和评价员工工作表现的能力以及督促、开展部门员工培训的能力。
5.善于同其他部门沟通与合作，具有解决部门财务、人事、工程设备、公共卫生等方面问题的能力。
