1.正确及时的发布内部和外部的招聘广告。
2.确保所有人事档案及记录完整、准确及更新。
3.负责员工日常招聘工作,建立用工渠道及人才储备库。
4.日常负责办理员工的入职、离职手续,及人事变动的审核工作。
5.合理调配酒店的人力资源,并提出有效的建议和意见。
6.根据指示处理所有人事沟通。
7.协助宿舍及员工餐厅的管理,定期检查员工餐厅、更衣室、更衣柜和其他员工设备以保证这些设备的良好。
8.协助更新员工信息栏及组织员工活动。
[岗位要求]
1.专科及以上学历,愿意学习并从事人事行业。
2.具备良好的沟通能力,能够有效处理员工关系。
3.熟悉并学习国家相关法律法规,具备较强的责任心和执行力。
4.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
5.具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
