岗位职责/职位描述

To  Implement, support and communicate the hotel e-Marketing  strategies and plans with the hotel, primarily in Distribution, Marketing, Communications and Sales & Marketing


Detail as below:
~ Enhance the performance and promote hotel, restaurants, room packages and other relevantwebsites as an electronic marketing communication tools, distribution channelsand methods of generating revenues, building loyalty and two-way customercommunication
~Act as the hotel webmaster, working with other Marcom team members and Strategic Marketingteams to ensure hotel website content is always up-to-date with relevantinformation and offers, well maintained and designed to reflect the hotel in acustomer friendly manner, and in appropriate languages
~  Communicate site maintenance requests, product features / functionalitydevelopment requests to the appropriate team in Chicago or DMC, where appropriate
~ Manage the hotel database to ensure it is to be regularly updated andremained clean and relevant. Implement the permission-based e-mail marketingcampaigns
~Oversee and manage Search Engine Optimization campaign in liaison withDMC. Monitor and implement both global and local paid search campaigns toensure an effective ROI in liaison with hotel
~Set up the e-mail service response standards in according to theguidelines from DMC, and handle all electronic customer enquiries for the hotel
~Support the hotel with planning and implementationof online advertising campaigns with local third parties and monitor the results
~Work closely with Revenue Manager to analyze andoptimize all online marketing activity performance results
~Continuously evaluate current and emerging online vendors, theirstrategies and technologies Conduct analysis of competitor and/or marketingpartner websites to understand and share current trends in the e-marketplacewith hotel.  Provide insights and suggest strategy changeswhere appropriate
