Position Requirement 岗位要求：
More than 5 year experience of scene construction management 
5年以上现场施工管理经验，其中3年以上同岗位工作经验；
Skilled in making construction artwork and project management process, has the ability in controlling engineering safety, quality, cost and process, familiar with engineering acceptance rules and related laws and regulations.
熟悉制作施工工艺和项目管理流程，对工程的安全、质量、成本、进度有全面的掌握能力，熟悉工程验收规范及相关法律法规；
Know well about the design and construction standards of hotel, as well as relevant policies and acceptance. Familiar with the quality, configuration and price of various decorating materials
熟悉酒店精装修设计、施工规范，熟知相关政策及各种中间验收规定和流程、熟悉各种装饰材料性能、使用规范和造价；
At least 5 years’ experience in high star hotel site management work; familiar with the decoration work of hotel in processes, details, materials, working period and quality control.
五年以上高星级酒店项目现场装修管理相关工作经验，熟悉酒店装修工作的协调、流程、细节、材料、工期和质量控制；

Job Description 工作职责：
Plan, design and overseeing all the hotel project, control the hotel project node. Implement Lavennadesign standard requirement.
计划，设计，监管所有酒店项目，把握酒店项目节点。落实莱华设计标准要求。
Assist develop department to do the hotel marketing location and brand selection.
协助配合开发拓展部对酒店市场定位及品牌的选定。
Responsible for controlling hotel project progress, quality, cost and safety, completing Lavennaheadquarter’s mission.
负责对酒店项目进度、质量、成本、安全进行管控，完成莱华总部下达的建设任务。
Organize or participate in construction unit technology coordination process management .
组织或参与各施工单位技术协调工作过程管理。
Organize or coordinate design, test design process and result.
组织或协调设计交底工作，对设计交底工作的过程及结果进行检查。
Responsible for participating in engineering division, breakdown of acceptance, engineering test, engineering acceptance and handover work.
负责参与工程分部、分项验收，工程调试，工程竣工验收及移交工作。
Manage scene construction coordination: manage obligate and pretreatment of every section, prepare for hotel subsequent construction; coordinate all the construction unit to finish all the milestones as planning.
管理好现场施工协调工作：在结构阶段管控好预留，预处理各项工作，为酒店后续施工做好准备；协调各施工单位按照计划节点要求完成各阶段节点计划。
Audit control of changed requirement of construction unit.
对施工中各方提出的变更要求进行审查控制。
