· Report directly to Reservation Manager, the Reservation Supervisor is responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system. Reservation Supervisor must work closely will Front Office and Sales & Marketing Department, and must work at all time in maximizing the occupancy potential of Sofitel Qingdao, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix.
直接向服务中心兼预订部经理汇报工作，预订主管要负责处理电话查询，接受预订并且输入电脑系统。预订主管在工作中须与前厅部和销售部保持紧密联系，并要以高酒店入住率及使酒店赢得最大收益为目标。
· Should maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, in correspondence and on the telephone. Internally, Reservations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Reservation team to achieve and maintain high service standard.
· 在任何时候都要保持专业化的表现，用友好的商务行为处理书信和往来电话。对内而言，要负责协调及监督预订部人才，以维持良好的服务素质。
· Follow-up “no-show” list and group wash-down daily.
跟进“预订未到”的名单和每日团队取消情况。
· Supervise the confirmation of Hotel Reservations via letter/email/fax within 24 hours of receipt.
确保在收到预订24小时内，必须通过书信、电邮、传真的形式进行预订确认。
· Acquire good understanding of the room reservation procedures.
熟悉处理房间预订的程序。
· Communicate with demanding guests, solve problems for sub-ordinates and report regularly on section’s operation issue.
与高要求客人沟通、协助下属解决困难及对部门发生的事情做日常报告。
· Perform daily duties and any other duties assigned by Revenue Manager or Reservation Manager.
履行日常的工作职责以及收益经理或预订部经理所分配的其他工作。
· Follow-up on billing authorization or payment arrangement in case of room prepayment required and forward to Front Desk for their follow-up.
在房费预付的情况下，跟进客人的预付资料或授权书，并将复印件交给前台跟进。
· File all contracts according to Company names by alphabetical order.
按字母顺序编排所有公司的合约。
· Handle all group tours/conventions from the initial blockage to the rooming list.
处理所有旅游团队、会议团队的预订。
· Handle outgoing reservations faxes and emails.
处理发出的预订传真和电邮。
· Follow up on TARS booking modification.
整理及更新雅高预订系统的预订。

· Ensures that all Service Center Policies and Procedures are adhered. Carry out disciplinary actions in line with hotel procedures.
保证总机各项政策与程序都被严格执行。按照酒店规章制度对不合适的行为采取相应措施。
· Verifies that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered to and prepared accurately in daily shift.
保证由当地执法部门所要求的全部事项在每个班次都被严格遵守并实行。
· Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the Service Center, equipment and storage.
保证总机部门、设施及储藏室的干净并妥善保养。
· Ensuring on shift Service Center team to ensure engaged, efficient service provided to guests in every interaction.
保证当班总机团队在每一次互动中都为客人提供亲切、有效的服务。
· Responsible for the provision of friendly and efficient service to all callers.
负责向所有来电者提供友善、有效的服务。
· Maintain consistent and effective flow of communication between shifts among fellow managers and colleagues.
保证在不同班次之间保持持续和有效的沟通。
