6.Ensure good general appearanceand maintenance of restaurant working areas.

7.Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverageand services.
关注客人关于饮料和服务的投诉，请求或询问。
8. Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and allconcerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks,discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的销售记录，在合适的记录本上记录客人投诉、解决办法及所涉及人员或设备，并与经理讨论。
