职位描述

· This position is concerned with the day to daysupervision of the Restaurant operation of the Hotel and compliance withestablished restaurant policies and procedures of this Hotel.

该职位负责监督酒店餐厅的日常运营，遵守酒店制定的餐厅政策和程序

· To be responsible for the daily supervision of therestaurant, concentrating on service procedure and quality of product.

负责餐厅的日常监督，重点关注服务流程和产品质量

· To conduct training and skills development programs, suchas LobsterInk, 15 Minutes Training, English Training, Service ExcellenceTraining, Up-selling training (file and advise from DFB), daily Taste Panelsand Menu Classes etc. to ensure well trained staff offering excellent serviceto the guest at all times.

开展培训和技能培训，15分钟培训，英语培训，服务技巧培训，销售培训，每日菜单培训及尝试菜品，确保训练有素的员工随时为客人提供优质服务

· To ensure that all staff are well briefed ( dailyrehearsals) before start their shift

确保所有员工在开始轮班前参加每日例会

· To ensure that all update info for hotel or restaurantare passing to all staff

确保酒店或餐厅的所有更新信息传达给所有员工

· To ensure that all restaurant mise-en place is correctly prepared and ready for each serviceperiod

确保所有餐厅在每个开餐时段前都把准备工作做充足
