岗位职责:
	Develop and organize promotional activities; coordinates with departments concerned; prepare and issues press releases; invites VIP’s and media to promotional activities
制定并组织宣传活动；协调相关部门；筹备和发行新闻稿；邀请VIP客户和媒体参加宣传活动
	Prepare brochures and other promotional material
准备宣传册和其它的宣传资源
	Prepare annual public relations goals and budget, in cooperation with hotel MarCom working plan to carry out goals; compare actual achievement, takes necessary corrective action
制定年度公关目标和预算，和酒店MarCom共同合作完成计划和达成目标
	Informs other departments & hotels of activities within and outside 
通知其它部门以及酒店内部外部的活动
	Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity
作为酒店的联系人，加强与媒体间的良好宣传并且抵制不良宣传
	Coordinates with Company’s advertising agency in planning and implementing promotional activities, advertising campaigns, etc
帮助广告公司代理商在完成策划和实施宣传活动时的协调工作
	Finalizes comprehensive designs and other artwork, etc prepared by public relations personnel
完成综合设计和其它艺术项目，例如准备公关企划
	Develop Corporate collaterals to be distributed to Corporate Office and Hotels
派发公司宣传册到地方的销售部门及酒店
	Develop ideas for design of poster, backdrops, etc and guides work of artist.  Supervise and direct photographer commissioned to take pictures of VIP’s, shows, etc
为海报、布景设计等提建议，例如向艺术工作者提供指导意见。监督和指导摄影师去拍摄相关活动的照片
	Provides support and coaching to hotels’ MarCom Team
对酒店的MarCom小组提供支持和辅导
	Coordinates activities with Sales & Marketing; F&B Team
帮助市场销售总监协调活动
	Perform duties as may be assigned

任职资格:
	Excellent writing skills in Chinese & English with particular attention to detail
熟练的英语听说读写能力
	Translation, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
英语、酒店管理、市场营销、新闻、文秘类专业优先
	Detailed, efficient oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
认真扶着，注重细节和效率
	Easy-going personality, excellent interpersonal skills
性格随和沉稳，善于人际沟通和协调
	A committed team player.  Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

杭州中科久泰饭店位于杭州钱江新城CBD核心区位，临钱塘江而立，出门即达杭州城市阳台，可漫步江边美景。酒店有262间豪华客房，41间酒店公寓，半数以上的房间拥有独立的阳台，可以一览钱塘江景；酒店有四个餐厅，一楼有休闲中餐厅提供杭帮菜、上海菜；西餐厅分为Café和Dining两个板块，分别提供咖啡区域和休闲西餐；大堂吧提供下午茶；顶楼的中餐厅以包厢为主。酒店宴会设施超过1800平米，其中大宴会厅800平米，最高挑高9米。宴会厅位于18楼，2层挑高，临江全景落地玻璃窗并设有室外阳台，连接680平米室外空中花园，可以举行酒会、户外婚礼。除此之外，酒店还配备恒温室内泳池及健身房、斯诺克房。
