Responsible for the day to day safety &operation of the following on: swimming pools, pool deck areas, gymnasium, locker rooms and to assist in all aspects of the Health Club Department. To ensure all activities conducted are well organized and conducted safely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1.	Assist HC Manager to Responsible for the operation of the Health Club Department. 
协助经理负责康体中心的正常运营。
2.	Follow up instructions given by FOM and reports back any observations.
执行前厅经理的指示并及时进行信息反馈。
3.	Keep equipment in good condition.
维护健身中心设备。
4.	Implement staff training and development.
管理员工培训和发展。
5.	Implement staff performance appraisals.
进行员工表现测评。
6.	Carry out exit interviews.
实施与员工离职面谈。
7.	Supervise staff performance.
指导员工表现。
8.	Ensure guest calls and requests are handled in a friendly, correct and efficient manner.
确保以友好的、正确的和有效的态度处理客人电话和要求。
9.	Provide ongoing advice, support and certification to staff under your supervision.
给予所管辖的员工以不断的建议和支持。
10.	Supervise staff performance.
指导员工表现并绩效评估员工,建议经理给予奖励或处罚。
11.	Provide one to one instruction to staff members when required. 
必要时对员工进行个别面对面指导。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
1.	Flexible and adaptable to different working locations

2.	Oral and written fluency in English as well as Local Language
良好的中英文书写及口语表达
3.	2 years at an International class hotel as GYM Supervisor.

4.	High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
高中学历或专业证书
5.	Have certificate of lifesaving.
