1.大专以上学历

2.至少两年以上五星级酒店同岗位或相同岗位工作经验

3.监督厨房设备的清洁和存放。废弃物品的管理。确定库存物品存量和存放标准，控制库存物品的领取。配合财务部进行定期盘点。

4.制定卫生标准和工作程序。根据酒店运营资产管理制度,全面负责部门运营资产的管理。

5.监督厨房的清洁工作，保持厨房的卫生。
