Job Summary职位简述

Responsible for driving the resort vehicles for VIP guests safely and efficiently. Provides transportation information on guests' transportation. Ensures that guests are taken cared of while in journey to their destinations.

负责安全、高效地驾驶度假酒店车辆接送VIP客人。向客人提供关于相关的交通信息。确保客人在前往目的地的途中受到妥善的照顾。

Key Duties and Responsibilities：

1.Adhere to all resorts rules and regulations as per standards policies and procedures.

遵守度假酒店的所有规章制度，以及标准政策和程序。

2.Must be fully aware of the Resort emergency procedures.

必须充分了解度假酒店的应急程序。

3.Adhere on the grooming policy.

遵守着装政策。

4.Ensure completing the driving logbook, and check-list every shift.

5.Notify appropriate personnel for any vehicle maintenance needed

6.Ensure the vehicles are presentable and properly checked accordingly.

确保车辆完好，并妥善进行检查。

7.Treat internal and external customer fairly to develop and maintain positive working relationship. Extend courtesy to colleagues within the work place.

8.Engaging with guests and report the guests’feedback to the supervisor for further improvement.

9.Document all vehicle incidents (e.g. damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to supervisors/ managers.

10.Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to supervisors or managers.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements：

1.Driving License A1 with 5 years or more in driving bus experience
