Job Summary

To actively contribute to the successful achievement of the organizational goals, link corporate policy and strategy with all of the Food and Beverage Departments service across ASH. To ensure that all departments perform and maximize their potential, are individually profitable and sustainable whilst enhancing the resorts image

Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Administrational- Effective implementation and administration of company-wide policies, procedures and practices in accordance with stated company objectives and CPR legislation requirements, to develop and implement a range of diversity and inclusion initiatives, liaise and coordinate with other department if and when required to ensure the commercial sustainability of the operation

▪ Operational- Promotes an awareness of guest requirements throughout the organization, leads and assist in monitoring and analyzing the activities and trends of competitive Food and Beverage Operations, recommend to Management modernization of equipment, service methods, presentations and improved guest satisfaction, to be innovative, and creative around the delivery of offered products, ensures efficient communication across the F&B team, represents and decides on the direction of the F&B operations, develops and coaches direct reports and promotes succession planning

运营管理—加强对整个酒店的客户要求意识，领导和协助监测和分析竞争对手的活动和趋势，提出建议以使管理设备更加现代化，服务方式新颖化，改善客户满意度，以更富有创造力的产品服务客人，确保餐饮团队的高效沟通，为餐饮的运营做正确决策，改善和分析报告，促进计划成功；

▪ Financial- Monitor and control F&B profit and loss, ensures financial strategy, works on incremental revenue streams, be cost effective and provide solutions to improve problem areas and assist in implementing corrective measures
