Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. To collect accounts receivable in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the credit department.

及时催收应收帐款，以确保信贷部的操作顺利而高效。
2. Supervise the work of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor; ensure that all pending accounts pass the appropriate credit control procedures.

监督应收帐款主管的工作；确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。
3.Review daily guest balance statements and take necessary procedures for collection; track and execute aging statements.

审核每日宾客余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐；追踪，执行帐龄报表。
4、 Provide the necessary information for credit applications; blacklist individuals with poor payment credit, travel agents, and circulate to relevant departments to ensure that these listed individuals are no longer guaranteed credit.

对于信贷申请，提供必要信息；以黑名单的形式列出付款信誉差的个人，旅行社，并传阅给相关部门以确保这些被列者不再享有信誉保证。
5. Collects accounts in accordance with relevant hotel procedures.

根据酒店有关程序进行收帐。
6.Ensure that entries for accounts receivable are consistent with the general ledger.

确保应收帐款的分录与总帐一致。
7.Coordinate with the appropriate customer for uncollectible accounts.

对于不能收回的帐款与相应的客户协调。
8.Investigate returned cheques and follow up on their collection.

Job Requirements 岗位要求

1.Finance or business administration related majors, or equivalent qualifications. With more than 2 years of financial management experience or 2 years of financial work in a 5-star hotel is preferred.

财务或工商管理相关专业，或同等学历。具有2年以上财务管理经验或2年能上5星级酒店财务工作优先。
2.Possess knowledge of the application of policies and procedures in respect of credit and receivables.
