Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Experience in managing a technical team that includes the front end and back end as well as test operationsand maintenance.管理过包含前端后端和测试运维整条技术线团队的经验。

▪ Excellent business field and system analysis and design ability, able to independently carry out overallsolution planning and design, formulate technical specifications and team cooperation specifications, andlead the team to implement the implementation.优秀的业务领域和系统分析设计能力，能独自进行整体解决方案规划设计，制定技术规范和团队协作规范，并带领团队执行落地。

▪ Have a certain sensitivity to the technology market, can grasp the market development trends in a timelymanner, can provide decision-making suggestions for the company's technology development.对技术市场具有一定的敏锐度，能及时掌握市场发展动态，对公司技术发展能提供决策性的建议。

▪ Unique insight into industry business, especially in the holiday tourism/hotel industry is preferred.对行业业务有独到的见解，尤其在休闲度假旅游/酒店行业优先考虑。

▪ In terms of professional technology, familiar with mobile client or front-end development, and haveexperience in the design and development of server application architecture dealing with large scale andhigh concurrent access.专业技术上，熟悉移动客户端或前端开发，同时有处理大规模高并发访问的服务端应用架构设计和开发经验。

▪ Familiar with Java frame, proficient in using Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Boot framework, MyBatis, DubboRPC and other frameworks.熟悉 Java 技术体系，熟练使用 Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Boot 框架及 MyBatis、Dubbo RPC 等框架。
