Assist the Director of Retail to plan, organize and direct all processes of the department to ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent and to build a products development and procurement team with Atlantis Sanya standards, policy & procedures. In order to maximize efficiency of products development, productivity and cost effectiveness of the purchasing section

1. Implement procurement strategy and policies: Establish the standard process of retail products development and commodity purchasing in retail department. Implement & enforce all the operating polices & procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the department. Assist Director of Procurement in developing and implementing products development and purchasing strategies.

实施采购战略和政策：制定零售部商品开发及采购标准流程，实施和执行所有政策和程序，确保部门的顺利运转。协助零售部总监开发并实施商品研发采购策略

2. Plan, implement & enforce control procedures: To minimize risk involved in the day-to-day activities and ensure products reach at the right time & through the right source.

计划，实施 & 推行控制程序：尽量减少日常工作中的风险，确保产品渠道合法并能在指定时间到货。

3. Vendor Development & Relationship Management: Create successful alliance with the suppliers and built strong business relationships with them. Ensure supplier compliance on Product quality, Health & Safety, legal as well as all other issues as per guidelines and direction from local government authorities.

供应商开发及管理：与供应商建立紧密的业务关系，确保供应商所提供的产品，质量，卫生安全符合当地政府政策要求

4.Maintain and meet the feedback of retail operation team on product requirements: Seeking feedback from the retail operation team to ensure goods procured are as per hotel quality & standards and disseminating all the relevant information from the suppliers to help in the decision making towards choosing a particular vendor.

听取并满足零售运营组对商品要求的反馈意见：获取零售部运营组提供的商品采购信息，以确认所采购的产品符合酒店质量要求，并根据要求咨询各供应商以选特定的供应商

5.To coordinate & obtain “Product Purchase Specification” from various departments in order to choose the right source. To conduct regular market research, analyze product market feedback and make detailed product development plan to maintain the monthly new SKUs development task.

与零售运营组沟通协调，获取“产品规格”，从而选则正确的产品货源。定期进行市场调研，分析产品市场反馈并制定详细产品开发计划，保持每月新SKU开发数量。

6.Budgetary Controls: Analysis & track “Allocated Budget vs Committed Cost” Budget, specifically in areas of retail products, Food & Beverage Cost. To minimize the stock cost.

控制预算：分析并跟进运营预算，零售产品、食品、酒水费用的“预算分配和实际成本”。降低库存成本。

7.Responsible for “Contract Management” & “Price Negotiation” to improve on retail’s profitability.

负责“合同管理”和“价格谈判”，提高零售部利润

8.Periodically conduct “Market Research & Survey” to compare & evaluate the best options available.

定期进行“市场研究调查”，对比和评估后做出最佳选择

9.Adhere to “Code of Business Conduct & Ethics”.
