Job Summary

职位简述

To Assist the Manager, Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in undergoing C&B market survey, C&B system set-up, Social Insurance and Housing Fund, other benefits and related C&B matters, to build the Employer of Choice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

§ Assist the manager to conduct the C&B in the market regularly especially in the local market.

§ 协助经理定期进行薪酬福利市场调查尤其是本地市场。

§ Assist the Manager to review and revise C&B polices and regulations

§ 协助经理回顾并修改薪酬福利政策和规定。

§ Under the instruction of the Manger, assist to work on the C&B budget

§ 在经理的指示下，协助薪酬福利预算的工作。

§ Use HR Management System to manage the work attendance.

§ 使用人力资源管理系统来管理员工的考勤。

§ Assist the Manager to manage all the leaves.

§ 协助经理管理所有类型的请假。

§ Assist the Manager on overtime monitoring and managing.

§ 协助经理监督并管理员工的加班。

§ Assist the Manager to manage the colleague status changes.

§ 协助经理管理员工状态的更改.

§ Work with departments and sections to check and monitor the work attendance, ensure the accuracy. For the abnormal attendance, ensure the proper procedures are completed.

§ 与度假区的各个部门和分部沟通共事来检查并监督出勤，保证正确性。对于不正常的考勤，确保完成正确的修改步骤。

§ Coordinate with paymaster in Finance to prepare monthly payroll required in HR side.

§ 与财务部的发薪人员合作来准备在人力资源方要求的月度工资相关报表。

§ Prepare the Social Insurance and Housing Fund and pay to the local social insurance and housing fund center accordingly.

§ 准备社会保险和住房公积金并支付到当地相关的社保和住房公积金机构。

§ Assist the Manager to handle work injury and related issues.

§ 协助经理处理工伤和相关事宜。

§ To apply for Social Insurance Card and Housing Fund Card for the colleagues.

§ 为员工申请社会保障卡和住房公积金卡。

§ Update the name list of onboard and separation colleagues for Employer Liability and other commercial insurance in a timely way.

§ 及时的更新雇主责任险及其它相关商业保险名单中的参保与未参保员工。

§ Prepare the allowance, and other related benefits for the colleagues

§ 为员工准备津贴和其他相关福利。

§ Prepare and manage expatriates work visa related issues.

§ 为外派人员准备并处理工作签证相关事宜。

§ Complete other tasks and duties assigned by Manager, C&B

§ 完成由薪酬福利经理分配的任务和职责。
