Job Summary

岗位描述

To monitor guests and staff’s activities in the resort through the use of CCTV. To gather intelligence to support internal and external investigations. To conduct assessments of incidents and coordinate response to incidents. To provide support to incident commanders for all critical incidents in the hotel and form part of the emergency management plan. To have knowledge of electronic security and the security management system to supervise and initiate effective CCTV operation. Conduct audits of access control and CCTV investigations to support overall hotel security plan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring of permanent and alarm activated CCTV systems in the command centers including manual control of cameras to facilitate the monitoring of live incidents.

Monitoring the Digital Recording cycle of all CCTV footage

To report in a timely manner all faults and failures of the Security Management system (SiPass) to Security Management and as required, to Facilities or RGS.

Surveillance Director is the only person can approve the implementation of video playback, forensics, and save. Please note: Due to the principle of crisis are available, Assistant Security Director is the first spokesperson of Security &Surveillance Director.

Monitoring and coordinating response for any emergency situation occurring including detection through CCTV, or alarm activations including fire and panic alarms.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
