Job Summary

职位简述

Responsible for assisting Wholesale Sales team with the administration and smooth running of the entire Sales Division. He/ she will be primarily responsible for admin tasks such as reports, forms, organizing, following up and tracing pending projects and other such task as assigned by Director, Sales – Online, Manager, TCP. Maintain the daily operation of the sales channel, carry out promotion strategies according to the sales target, in order to achieve the optimal resource traffic exposure and increase revenue.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operation of TCP platform, including event planning, online publicity and promotion, daily customer complaint handling, etc.;

负责TCP平台日常运营工作，包括活动策划、在线宣传推广及日常客诉处理等；

Assist the sales manager/assistant manager to handle the daily TCP platform operation and maintenance including new room type and pricing pop online, room availability management, online information display and guest’s consultation, etc.;

协助销售经理/副经理处理TCP平台运营维护，包括房间上线及调价，房态管理，线上信息展示及客人咨询等；

Responsible for all kinds of sales data and client data statistics, analysis, summary, complete the department reports and other writing, reporting to the group leader in time.;

负责各种销售数据及客户资料的统计、分析汇总，及时完成部门报表等的制作编写，汇报给领导。；

Assist with manager/assistant manager with contract signing, meeting arrangement and new customers inspection and other related work;

配合经理/副经理完成合同签署、安排会务、接待、开发新客户等相关工作。；

Build up good communication with other related departments.

与公司其他相关部门建立良好沟通，方便日常工作的正常进行；

Promote ASH product through the Internet and digital fields, promote and maintain good communication, so as to improve the brand image and bring more benefits to ASH;

通过互联网及数字领域推广酒店信息，促进和维护良好的沟通，从而提高酒店的品牌形象，为酒店带来更多的收益；

Conducted in-depth analysis according to the website marketing data, evaluated the operation situation, refined selling points, guided the artists to optimize the package page, enhanced the search traffic volume, and promoted the popularity and occupancy rate of the hotel;

根据网站营销数据进行深入分析，对运营情况进行评估，提炼卖点，指导美工进行页面优化，提升搜索量，促进酒店知名度和入住率；

Actively collect market and industry information, analyze marketing strategies, and provide effective benefit schemes based on the advantages of ASH.

积极收集市场和行业信息，分析营销策略，结合本酒店优势提供有效的利益方案。

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

技能、经验和教育要求

Good interpersonal skills

· College degree or above, TCP or marketing major, 1 years online marketing operation working experience

大专以上学历，TCP、市场营销等专业， 1年以上线上运营经验；

· Grasp online marketing operation mode, specification and operation procedure.

熟悉线上平台的操作模式、规范和运营流程；

· Proficient in the Internet and TCP relevant industry and grasp the Internet, TCP technology development trend

精通互联网、TCP等相关行业，能较好地把握互联网、TCP平台技术发展趋势、动态；

· High strong responsibility, communicate and organize ability, and be good at communicate with team.

有强烈的责任感，上进心和事业心，沟通与组织协调能力，善于与团队进行交流合作。
