Job Summary
职位简述
Take responsibility of the maintenance, reparation and management of the electric transforming and switching, the power generating and
generator group to ensure the equipment system operation.

负责变配电、照明、动力供电、发电机组等设备的维护、保养、维修和管理工作，确保设备系统正常运行。

Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要义务和职责
Learn and carry out the guideline on the standard of equipment management of hotel
认真学习和贯彻执行饭店和饭店管理公司有关设备、设施管理工作的方针政策和标准；
Be familiar with the basic theory and operation method of the specific equipment and the electricity supplying
熟悉本专业设备基本原理、运行方式、供电线路的输送和操作方法和注意事项；
In charge of the voltage transformer room, the equipment in high voltage and low voltage switching room to keep them in good
operating condition. The goal should be Three clean policy (equipment clean, room clean, workplace clean), no leaking policy (no
leaking electricity, no leaking oil, no leaking water, no leaking gas), Five good policy (good working performance, good seal, good
smoothing, good fastening, good adjustment), and keep the electricity operating records.
管好变压器房及设备、高低压配电房及设备、发电机房及设备，使其处于良好的运行状态，做到三净（设备干净、机房干
净、工作场干净），四不漏（不漏电、不漏油、不漏水、不漏气）五良好（使用性能良好、密封良好、润滑良好、紧固良
好、调整良好），填写电气运行记录表；
Analyse the operating problems and handle them independently.
分析运行情况、故障或事故原因并能独立处理；
Be familiar with the using method of the fire equipment.

熟悉各种消防器材的使用方法。

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
Holding License of Electricity high voltage diploma
拥有高压电工证书
Buildings /villa Complexes, Commercial building, Banks, School/ College or Hotels Minimum 2 years at trade level.
2 年以上相关岗位经验
Good communication skills, self-motivated
