Job Summary

Work closely with the Managing Director and executive management team on implementing resort business strategy and organizational transformation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage capital expenditure, operating procedures and driving cost control in conjunction with the Managing Director.

与董事总经理协力合作，管控资本开支，运营程序和驱动成本控制。

• Implementing the financial accounting systems, procedures, processes and financial application systems necessary to maintain proper records, ensure compliance and to afford adequate accounting controls.

完善财务会计系统，程序，流程和财务申请系统，必要地维持正确的记录，确保合规并得到充分的财务控制。

• Manage financial budgeting and forecasting accurately and effectively.

准确地、有效地管理财务预算和预测。

• Establish effective working relationships with management and colleagues.

• Direct and analysis studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization financial position.

• Ensure the preparation of quarterly financial reports including income statement and balance sheet, reports to shareholders and reports for Government and other regulatory agencies as required, are produced in an accurate and timely manner.

• Confer with the Managing Director, Executive Management and Operating Managers to coordinate and prioritise planning and financial forecasting.
