Job Summary

To manage the operational application, monitoring and enforcement of the Food safety program in place within the Resort and Employee Residences to ensure the highest standard are implemented in all food handling areas of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Ensure all food safety programs are successfully deployed and functioning at the Resort and Employee Residences.

▪ Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of the food safety system.
监督、分析并报告食品安全系统的运行情况。
▪ To investigate and report on food safety complaints and manage the corrective actions with all relevant departments
调查并报告食品安全投诉，并与所有相关部门共同管理纠正行动的实施
▪ To act as technical specialist on all food safety related matters.
承担技术专家职责，负责所有食品安全相关的事务。
▪ Adopt a proactive approach to managing risk to the business,
采取主动策略管理业务风险。
▪ Proactively identify short comings in relation to food safety.
主动识别食品安全方面的不足。
▪ Monitor and pre-empt changes to local requirements and adapt established training and communications processes accordingly.
跟踪并迅速应对当地要求的变化，对已制定的培训和信息流程进行相应的修改。
▪ Communicate, build and maintain good relations with local Food Safety & Hygiene Bureau.
积极与当地食品安全和卫生局沟通，建立并维持良好的关系。
▪ Monitor incident reports to formulate a trend analysis and proactively apply the necessary corrective or preventative measures.
监管事件报告，完成趋势分析，并主动采取必要的纠正或预防措施。
▪ Conduct regular compliance assessments of food safety system.
针对食品安全体系开展定期合规评估。
▪ Develop and present specific food safety training in conjunction with the Training and Development Department
与培训&发展部门联合开发并提供食品安全培训
▪ Ensure food safety training programs are implemented and conduct training session audits.
确保食品安全培训计划得以实施，并开展培训课程审核。
▪ Utilize established systems, processes and training programs to further improve Departmental goals.
利用已确立的系统、流程和培训计划，进一步达成部门目标。
▪ Liaise with the required department heads on issues pertaining to the food safety system.
就食品安全系统问题与相关的部门负责人联络。
▪ Provide administrative, management and technical support to the Health & Safety and Medical Service Managers.
为健康和安全及医疗服务经理提供行政、管理和技术支持。
▪ Attend management meetings as required and actively participate in functional process of the Health and Safety departments.
根据需要参加管理会议，积极参与健康和安全部门的职能管理流程。
▪ Any and all other duties as may be assigned by the Director, Health and Safety

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 
技能、经验和教育要求 
▪ Food sciences & technology Degree/Diploma 
食品科学和技术专业学历/文凭 
▪ +3 years in Hospitality or Food manufacturing sectors in a leadership role 
酒店或食品制造行业 3 年以上领导岗位工作经验 
▪ Internal auditor certification in HACCP or other certifications required by the local government policies. 
持有 HACCP 审查员证书或当地政府政策要求的其他证书。 
▪ Familiar with local China, Hainan and Sanya Health & Safety, Food Safety regulations
