Job Summary
职位简述

To manage landscape overall work including outsourced staff management, landscape plant management, agrochemical fertilizer
management & natural disaster protection and recovery management, environment monitor and events safety. Individual has supervisory &
budgetary responsibility. Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing
productivity. Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises.

工作职责包括园林管理（外包人员管理、园林植物管理、农药肥料管理、园林器械管理&自然灾害防护及恢复管理）、环境/安全
监管维护,活动组织等。需监督预算执行情况，提高效率,降低运营成本。参与战略规划和日常操作管理。

Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Provide facilities and reliability engineering support for the operation of facilities area. This includes enhancing safety, reliability
and integrity of facilities, agrochemical fertilizer management & plant combination, ensuring compliance to codes and regulations,
promoting best practices, providing subject matter expertise and technical support, and collaboration on business opportunities.

▪ Maintain and monitor effectiveness of reliability initiatives and keep Risk Watch Report

▪ To manage outsourced staff management according to company standard.

▪ Performs incidental related duties as assigned.

▪ Returns to his immediate Senior, notification of job completed, time taken and materials used to complete the assigned job.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求

▪ 5 + years in Facilities Department in the role of Engineer with maintenance capacity, Other industry experience may be considered.

5 年以上相关工作经验

▪ Good character, appearance, proactive nature and team working spirit.

▪ Knowledge of computers is an advantage.

熟练使用电脑

▪ Strong rectification and analytical skills.
