Primarily responsible for the liaison & smooth execution of all large & VIP residential groups & events; assignment of
enquiries & handover MICE files; oversee C&E team’s performance; Ensure the overall smooth execution of events,
exceeding client’s expectations by reviewing work processes while optimizing financial revenue.

▪ Event management for all large & VIP residential groups & events. This includes :
所有大型 VIP 住房和会议活动安排包括：✓ liaison between client & all hotel departments
客户和酒店所有部门之间的沟通桥梁✓ preparation of BEOs, change logs & group resumes required
准备宴会活动表，更新日志 &团队必要信息收集✓ receipt of payments as per contract payment terms
确保按合同付款条件的款项到账✓ on-site group & event execution
现场团队和活动的执行完成✓ addressing to any attrition or cancellation for the group/event
解决任何磨损变更或取消的团队和活动事件✓ thanking the customer and gathering feedback at the end of event
感谢客人并对活动收集客人反馈意见▪ Assignment of non-residential enquiries. Monitor the C&E team’s progress & status of such enquiries.
分配非住房会议团队需求，监督观察 C&E 团队的进度和状态查询▪ Assignment of MICE handover files
分配 MICE 交接文件的任务▪ Monitor the booking system to ensure the update & accuracy of all event status, revenue & details.
监管预定系统，确保所有事件活动的状态、收入和其它细节都得到及时、准确更新▪ To monitor & analyze food & beverage, and catering revenue & the team’s performance
监管并分析食品和饮料、宴会销售收入和团队表现▪ Conducts the BEO meetings & attends Pre-Con meetings as required.
主持宴会活动安排会议，出席活动准备会议▪ Schedule & monitor the C&E’s team working roster & attendance.
安排、监管宴会统筹团队的排班表和考勤表▪ To implement training plans and conducts training for the C&E team.
为宴会销售团队实施培训计划并进行培训▪ Assists in the review of Banquet operations manpower planning, including schedule & costs
协助审查宴会活动的人员配备方案，包括时间安排和人力成本▪ Assists in the review of Banquet operations stock take & inventory requisitions
协助审查宴会活动的库存和盘点需求▪ Provide guidance & counselling to both C&E and Banquet operations teams when they have challenges or difficulties in
carrying out their tasks.
在宴会销售团队和宴会运营团队执行任务遇到挑战和困难时，为他们提供指导和咨询▪ Handling negative feedback & managing difficult clients
处理负面反馈意见和管理高要求客户▪ Resolve any internal working / decision event-related processes & procedures
