主管主要工作责任:协助初级副厨师长,副厨师长,厨师长来管理厨房及管理员工，执行副厨师长初级副厨师长所安排工的工作确保厨房正常运营，监督与指导员工，严格遵守部门规章制度，熟悉部门各项工作标准，积极参加培训，组织培训员工，工作问题及时向初级副厨师长, 副厨师长, 厨师长反馈。Key Duties and Responsibilities
