Job is to perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under
general supervision. They execute work within established procedures, P&P and SOPs Key

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ability and understanding to read drawings and specifications of A/C Electric / Plumbing Systemshould be capable to prepare brief
and concise technical reports.

Fully conversant with the programs, ‘Targets and PPM Systems’ for the effective maintenance, good knowledge of MEP Systems
and is hands on.nowledge of computers is an advantage.

To ensure that Health & Safety standards are maintained during the PPM & reactive works.

Monitoring of “minimum” material stock levels to ensure materials at site are sufficient to achieve the planned program dates and
liaison with the Stores.
负责设置监控“最低”的材料库存并及时补齐,以确保现场的材料充足，完成计划目标
Liaising with discipline Engineers on technical issues that may/ will affect operation, maintenance, safety and progress of works.
当出现可能会影响操作,维护,安全工作的进展时，及时联络技术工程师解决问题
Prepare and track PR’s for material/equipment delivered to site, for inspection by the engineer.
及时准备并跟进原料/设备的采购，以便工程师检修时使用
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting

Strong professional writing skills and ability to prepare technical reports

Ability to understand PPGs, SOPs and Local Guidelines and any other regulatory guidelines applicable to the business or working
environment.

Strong assessment and troubleshooting skills

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering

Good character, appearance, proactive nature and team working spirit.

Knowledge of computers is an advantage

Strong rectification and analytical skills.

5 + years in Facilities Department in the role of Assistant Engineer or Senior Supervisor Role with maintenance experience
