Key Duties and Responsibilities

To coordinate, liaise and administerthe allocation of temporary accommodation for all management personnel withappropriate authorities.

To coordinate and administer thefurniture and fittings for all temporary accommodation.

To plan, coordinator and administerall transportation requirements for all Colleagues.

To form Colleagues feedbackmechanism and suggestion scheme to continue improving the services provided atthe Employee Residence.

To liaise with Director / AssistantDirector, Colleagues Service to ensure that all the necessary information isreceived and relayed in a timely and effective manner.

To prepare and manage the annualbudget for Employee Residence.

Responsiblefor adding, modifying and checking the P&P, SOP of the department.

To execute any other duties as assigned by Director / Assistant Director - Human Resources.
