Responsible for assisting Wholesale Sales team with the administration and smooth running of the entire Sales Division. He/ she will be primarily responsible for admin tasks such as reports, forms, organizing, following up and tracing pending projects and other such tasks as assigned by Assistant Director, Sales - Leisure, Manager，Sales – Leisure, Assistant Manager, Sales – Leisure, Officer, Sales – Leisure.

§ Assist the Wholesale Sales Team withSending contracts and follow up for signature ensuring all details are entered correctlyinto the spread sheet.

§ Participates in site inspections,arrange a proper and reasonable time for FAM Trips when required.

§ Maintain and update files on daily,weekly and monthly basis.

§ Create and follow up on variousin-house forms, such as client entertainments, complimentary upgrades and roombookings, FAM Trips etc.

§ All departmental reports, weekly andmonthly sales reports.

§ Relevant folder in the share folderto be checked, updated and cleared of obsolete records.

§ Ensure proper requisitioning andcontrol of office supplies; follows up on delivery of materials where needed.

§ Ensure that wholesale sales teamfollows ASH standards: Company Logs, Lettering Standards, Images and namestyles
