As a Service Leader - C&B, we rely on you to

作为一名薪酬福利主管，你的主要工作职责为：

1. Consistently coordinates with the Social (SIB) Insurance Bureau & Housing Fund Bureau on staff insurance related policies and procedures and make known to the Director of Human Resources.

2. Participates in the documentation of staff movements in the Hotel, ensuring that all status changes have the appropriate approvals and papers.

3. Keeps track of probation evaluation schedules for new hires; reminds supervisor concerned regarding schedules; follows through on completion and return to Human Resources office.

4. Checks Vacation Leave forms and ensures these are approved by authorized signatories

5. Maintains the updated information for personal file of the staff

6. Responsible for checking in / checking out new employees as per established standards/ procedures.

7. Responsible for hotel colleagues’ attendance review and salary calculation

8. Responsible for Monthly report

1. 与当地社保局和公积金中心紧密联系，及时向人力资源总监汇报最新社保和公积金相关政策

2. 准备员工调动的相关材料，确保所有有岗位变动的员工资料得以及时更新

3. 及时跟进新入职员工的试用期评估，提醒各部门在规定时间内完成评估并把表格交到人力资源部

4. 核查休假申请表，确保假单都得到授权人的批

5. 维持员工档案信息的更新

6. 负责按照标准程序办理新员工的入职/离职手续

7. 负责酒店同事得考勤审核与工资计算

8. 完成各项月度报告

We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel

2. Has excellent knowledge of local labor laws

3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)

4. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite

5. Enjoys interacting with people

6. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility.

7. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong external, and internal communication skills

1. 有豪华酒店相关工作经验者优先

2. 熟悉当地劳工法律

3. 能用流利的英语(以及当地语言)进行沟通和写作

4. 能熟练的使用办公软件

5. 喜欢与人交往

6. 工作细心，责任心强

7. 良好的团队合作精神，品行端正，较强的对外对内沟通能力
