作为一名西厨厨师长，你的主要工作职责为：
1.     Ensure that he /she is fully aware of market needs and trends and that the hotel’s product and service meet the demands.
2.     Ensure the normal operation of the ADD kitchen.
3.     Ensure that employees are educated and discover seasonal and new products on the market.
4.     To maximize productivity and maintaining harmony among all food production employees in a fair and impartial way

2.     确保西厨房的日常运作
3.     确保部门员工得到培训并充分挖掘市场的季节性产品及新产品

We are looking for someone who: 
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1.     Rich food and beverage expertise and superb cooking skills.
2.     Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors.
3.     Must have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation.
4.     Good command of English and a good communicator
5.     Strong organization skills and effective influence.
