As an Guest Services Agent, werely on you to:
作为一名宾客服务接待员，你的主要工作职责为：

1.Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards and procedures.
2.Communicateto his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
3.Attends andparticipates in training sessions as scheduled.
4.Take appropriateaction to resolve guest complaints.
5. Registersand rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
1.按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的服务。
2.与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
3.参加和参与计划好的培训课程。
4.正确处理客人的投诉。
5.按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间。
