As a Stewarding Manager, we rely on you to
作为一位管事部经理，你的主要工作职责为：
1.   To coach and maximise the performance of the team.
2.   Manages all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum
quality level of sanitation.
3.   Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service
areas, effectively manage the items in the kitchen.
4.   Support the F&B from a planning and organising perspective.

2、 管理管事部的各项职责，使部门成本控制良好；
3、 负责维护整个食品服务区的卫生状况且做好厨房物品的管控；
4、 从计划和组织的角度支持餐饮部；

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1.    Be familiar with the brands, origins, characteristics, and prices of various tableware and utensils, and understand how to classify and properly store them.
2.    Be familiar with the usage methods of various detergents and cleaning agents, know how to operate commonly used dishwashing equipment, and understand their maintenance and repair procedures. 
3.   Have at least 5 years’experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5’ hotel environment.
4.   A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
5.   Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
1、熟悉各种餐具用具的牌号、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法；
2、熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法；
3、5年以上豪华餐厅或五星级酒店工作的经验；
4、是一个友好，乐于助人和值得信赖的领导；
5、在任何时候都秉持专业的价值观、道德和诚信
