MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要：
Assist the Engineer to finish the daily tasks, ensure the operation of the hotel is normally.
协助工程师完成每天工作分派，确保酒店的正常运作。
 
Focus attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
注重提高技术服务水平，工作成效和费用支出要谨慎管理并控制在合理的范畴内，确保所有设备都能高效使用及运行合理。
 
Ensure new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst applying the new technology in the existing working system.
保证将新技术与设备结合在一起，不断提高自身技术水平，同时将新技术应用在现有的工作系统中。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
Execute the Repair, Maintenance and Engineering Operations according to the departmental standards.
维修，保养和工程设备操作工作要与部门要求相一致。
Assist the Building Service Engineer to ensure that all the system in good operation and all the complaints have been treated properly.
协助楼宇设备工程师确保所有系统动作正常，及投诉都得到及时的处理。
Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintaining plan to ensure that all staffs have been fully understood. 
编写周、月和年度维修计划，确保全体员工完全理解。
Receive & dispatch maintenance order & always check the finished working. Keep records of daily work being done. Make sure check list, log books are recorded correctly.
负责接收和发放维修单，经常检查完成的维修工作，日常工作必须做好记录并且报表填写准确。
Works closely with the purchase department to ensure the materials required by the department can be purchased in a timely manner.
与采购部密切联系，确保部门需要的材料可及时购回。
To conduct technician’s performance as determined by manage requirements (included duty roster arrangement).
根据管理要求，安排技工操作（包括排班）。
To ensure that all staff follow the regulations of the hotel.
确保所有员工都遵守相关的酒店条例。
To provide a courteous & professional service at all times.
任何时候都必须提供专业、热情周到的服务。
To ensure operational maintenance & energy consumption under his management are strictly controlled.
确保其管理下有关设备的操作、维修和能耗受到严格的控制。
Carrying out the energy control plan, effectively control the electricity on/off time to save energy.
执行能源控制计划，控制电源开关时间，有效节约能源。
Improve the electrical illumination.
改良电力照明。
Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in good condition in terms of performance & cleanliness. 
在其负责的范围内保持工作区域及设施的整洁有序。
Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies when occasion arises.
对火灾报警或紧急情况作出反应。
Lead, control, motivate & handle staff under his charge and work closely with other departments.
领导控制处理在其负责下的工作人员有关事件，并与其它部门紧密合作。
To conduct as Building Service supervisor to his duty schedule, and operate according to job description.
根据值班表执行楼宇设备督导的有关职责及根据楼宇值班督导岗位责任制运作。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
根据安排参加酒店及部门的培训和会议。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成其他指定工作任务，承担责任。
