Job Overview
This role supports
the hotel's financial management, Supervises and accuracy of
payment work for all invoices and statements. Accounts payable shall maximize
profitability of the hotel by managing the hotel’s finances.

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

Monitor the Banking arrangements made for the
operation of the Hotel. Ensure documentation on contract payments.

Process all invoices and statements, especially
the invoice must strictly comply with the relevant requirements of the Tax
Bureau.
·       
Maintain clear lines of communication with
outside companies












Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices and
assign general ledger codes as per chart of accounts
