Job Overview
This role manages a team to create unique and exceptional memoriesfor our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightfulservices through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Those who aregenuinely passionate about interacting with people, have an ability toestablish connections with warmth and an engaging personality will enjoy thisrole. To make sure the smooth running of the bar in the most efficient andeffective manner delivering the highest possible standard of service, leadingwhole team to achieve common target, and whilst being proactive in maintainingand improving guests’ satisfaction, business, and profitability. Creating ahigh level and creative working bar, train the team to bring up our standardsand become and maintain a well-recognized bar in and outside of Chengdu.

·       To supervise all aspects of the bar, basicoperations, menu creation and other basic skills.
·       To maximize beverage revenue through effectiveup-selling.

·       To deliver outstanding customer service.
·       To bring the bar to the next level in terms ofproduct, service, and recognition.

Requirements

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
·       At least 2 years similar experience in aprevious position in a 5-star Hotel or renowned free-Standing Bar.
·       Effective interpersonal skills team player.
·       Excellent oral and written communication, inboth Mandarin and English. 
·       Happy outgoing personality.
·       Goal driven personality, wants to grow andlearn.
·       Be open-minded and creative.
