Job Overview 职位概述
As a Chief Engineer, you’ll work to ensure the
implementation of an effective trouble report system together with other
day-to-day works of general maintenance and repair to ensure that the building,
its contents and its surroundings are at all times in first-class condition.
作为总工程师，你将负责确保有效的问题报告系统得以实施，并处理日常的一般维护与维修工作，以确保建筑本体、其内部设施及周边环境始终处于完美状态。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
 
Manages the operations of the Engineering Department     to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
 
Completes and provides all regular reports and statics     required by GM/HM.
 
Maintains an efficient record/ filing system as     necessary in engineering office.
 
Makes frequent inspection tours to check condition     of building and equipment, and monitors work progress generally.
 
Prepares lists of spare parts and materials required     for the continued correct functioning of all items of plant and equipment,     ensuring that an adequate stock is maintained thereafter.  
 
Organises and supervises the work of the Engineering     Storekeeper, in implementing and efficient stores/ inventory control.
 
Develops, recommends, implements and manages the     Engineering Department’s annual and long-term goals.
 
Maintains contact with local authorities such as Fire     Brigade, Electricity Supply Company, Water Supply authority, and Gas     Company, etc. Ensures that all requirements are being complied with and     that assistance or device will be readily available whenever required.
 
Coordinates and supervises the work of service contractors     to ensure that the terms of all such contracts for major plant and systems     designated as critical are fully implemented.

协调并监督服务承包商的工作，以确保所有关于关键大型设备及系统的合同条款均得到充分执行。

Requirements
岗位要求·        
Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Chief Engineer with a background in Mechanical & Electrical Systems desk operations, team management and target achievement.
 
Education: College/ University degree in     Mechanical and Engineering.
 
Skills: Solid understanding of hotel     accounting. Understanding of compiling and monitoring business plans.     Proven skills as a trainer and developer of people. Good interpersonal     skills. Sound analytical skills.
Personality: A good team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills.
