Under the general guidance of
  Reservation Manager, To maximize the yield of the hotel by directing,
  controlling and coordinating all reservation activities for Hotel.

  Directs
  and co-ordinates subordinate reservation staff to ensure that day to day
  operational matters are handled on time.

  all reservation correspondence and inquiries quickly, efficiently and
  accurately for Hotel.
