KEY RESULT AREAS 
主要工作职责
1.    
To complete the
various affairs assigned by the department manager, upload and issue the internal
notices and documents of the hotel in a timely manner, and do a good job in
archiving management.
努力完成部门经理交办的各项事务，对酒店内部的通知、文件要做到及时上传下达，并做好归档管理工作。
2.    
Participate in departmental work meetings, and also do meeting records
and collation work. Responsible for drafting departmental work reports,
summaries and other documents.
参加部门工作会议，兼做会议记录、整理工作。负责起草部门工作报告、总结等文件。
3.    
Assist the
department manager to do a good job of reception, talk kindly, warmly and
politely. 
协助部门经理做好接待工作，谈话和气、热情、礼貌。
4.    
Responsible for the
receipt, dispatch and classification of relevant technical information,
documents, and the preparation of various reports and forms accurately and
error-free.
负责有关技术资料、文件的收发和分类归档保管，准确无误地填制各种报表和表格。
5.    
Responsible for the department's equipment files and information reports
related to faults, maintenance items, replacement parts or equipment updates,
etc., and keep them in the equipment files.
负责本部门的设备档案及有关故障、维修项目、更换零部件或设备更新等资料报表，并将其填人设备档案书妥善保管。
6.    
Do a good job of daily construction order registration, accurately
distribute construction orders for each team, and record and archive the
construction orders after completion.
做好每日的施工单登记,准确配发各班组施工单，做好完工后的施工单记录、存档。
7.    
Responsible for
summarizing the working day report of each team every day, filling in the daily
report of system equipment operation and maintenance, and sending it to the
department manager for review.
负责每日汇总各班组的工作日报表，填写系统设备运行、维修情况日报表，送部门经理审阅。
8.    
Responsible for the monthly attendance of employees in the department.
