Job Purpose:   

工作目的

Responsible for the ongoing efficient operation of Concierge department: Concierge Desk, Bell Service, Doorman, Drivers and Airport Representatives

负责礼宾部工作包括:礼宾台,行李员,迎宾员,司机及机场代表。


KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责

1.     Be responsible for Concierge Services, Bell Service & Drivers.

负责管理礼宾部,提供礼宾服务、行李服务和交通服务。

2.     Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment.

向客人和其它部门提供关于饭店内外广泛的服务和设施的详细而准确的信息。

3.     Directs and controls all subordinate to ensure that all operational matters are handles on time and guest expectations are met.

监管和控制所有下属员工,确保所有运营事项按时处理,并达到客人期望。

4.     Prepares duty rosters and ensuring most efficient use of manpower resources.

安排员工班次,确保最有效地利用人力资源。

5.     Co-ordinates guest transportation requirements and takes corrective action in the event of anticipated problems.

协调客人的用车需求,并对可能出现的问题采取正确的措施。

6.     Handles all incoming and outgoing mail, documenting as required.

按要求处理所有进出邮件,和文件。

7.     Interacts with the Resort Host on day to day operational matters to ensure guest needs and requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.

在日常的酒店工作中要与前厅接待沟通,确保客人的需求得到快速有效的解决。

8.     Supervises luggage, message and guest delivery and pick-ups.

管理好所有需要递送和接运的行李,留言和需要接送的客人。
