Job Purpose:

To respond and ensure that we provided Professional Treatments and Massages to the guests. As well as ensure the facility is cost-effective and profitable. To assist the Area Operations Manager in directing and coordinating Banyan Tree Gallery outlets, ensuring that all areas meet its financial and customer satisfaction objectives.

1. Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

2. Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
监督，管理所有日常运作事宜。
3. Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division.
参与并协作更新各分部门的职位描述。
4. Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.
面试、雇佣、培训、管理并评估所有主管和各分部门相关负责人。
5. Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.

6. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.

7. Conduct inspection tours of the facility.
