1.    To execute allmise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed, on time, according tothe predetermined standards. 
依照标准及要求及时有效的进行所有准备性工作。
2.    To engage in servicedelivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
按照指定的服务标准及流程从事准备工作。
3.    To have thoroughknowledge of products and to be able to respond to guest inquiries. 
熟悉产品并能够正确的回应客人的需求。
4.    To ensure thatguests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly andattentive service

5.    Checks and collectssupplies from the stores according to hotel procedure

6.    Maximizes revenue inthe outlet by implementing upselling procedures

7.    Helps maintain the recreation/KidsClub in top physical condition.

8.    Helps maintainstandards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaningduties as directed
