Responsible for the entire operation and equipment within the framework  as defined in the organization chart. Supervise and delegate to all staff  within job scope and to prepare their work schedules.

KEY RESULT AREAS 
主要工作职责
1.      Prepare weekly staffingschedules, monitor staff attendance and plan labor to meet with activity in theHotel so as to maintain cost effectiveness.
准备每周员工排班表，监督员工的出勤和计划员工满足酒店的活动需要，有效利用成本。
2.      Maintain an accurate andproper inventory of all stocks, linen etc. to prevent pilferage or losses ofany nature.
维持库存,布草的准确，避免成本的损失
3.      Ensure cleanliness, properusage of all equipment and their periodical servicing to ensure efficientworking conditions
确保所有设备的清洁，合理使用和使用期间高效的工作状态.。
4.      Conduct operation meetings andinspection to review, monitor and upgrade performance of the section throughdissemination of information, explaining new directions, policies andprocedure.
开展运营会议，通过终止信息，解释新制度，政策和程序来监管和升级部门的表现。
5.      Assist in the preparation ofCapital/Operation budget and to ensure that expenditure is kept within thebudget.
协助准备资金/运营预算，确保支出在预算内
6.      Handle or resolve all guestcomplaints and through close supervision recommend improvement in operationespecially in the following aspects of developing better service standard,increasing revenue and reduction of cost.

7.      Plan and organize periodicallydepartment training for staff in the areas of courtesy, efficiency, groomingDiplomacy and job knowledge (especially for new staff).

8.      Identify and developleadership qualities among staff in order to guide them toward the path ofcareer enrichment.
