工作内容：
1、负责接待和安置新进住宿职工，向新进住宿人员讲解宿舍管理相关规定；
2、熟练掌握宿舍房间、床位、资源情况及使用、余缺情况，熟练掌握住宿人员情况；
3、负责宿舍物资的管理，统计物资发放与回收情况，并建立台账；4、负责宿舍设施简单的报修。
